Special Orders/ Bulk Orders – Both Domestic and International

It is important to coordinate this directly with us to ensure the correct shipping/packaging costing is applied. All shipping costs/details are for general items and purchases approx total weight up to 3kg. If there are any issues with processed orders and incorrect shipping rates we will make direct contact and communicate.

Domestic Shipping

All orders in New Zealand are sent with Post Haste or NZ Couriers  

Free Shipping NZ – orders over $150 will include free shipping (please note this does not include bulk orders and may exclude some rural locations depending on size/weight restrictions to qualify)  

Urban areas: 2 – 3 business days

Rural areas: 3 – 5 business days

In general, delivery to your door will take no more than 24 hours from dispatch within Auckland metro, 1-2 days in the greater North Island and South Island. Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take one to two days longer. Weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events and infrastructural complications may cause additional delays.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Process

Most orders received before 11am NZT are shipped the same working day and in most cases arrive within 2-3 business days, if not faster. In very rare circumstances, there may be a delay of a day or two, with processing delays through the courier service or customs. Unfortunately, these processes are outside of our control, so there is not much we can do to expedite them, although this does not stop us from trying and this is something we work on improving every single day. If your shipment is delayed we will work to get it quickly on its way.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates on the progress of your shipment directly, so you can always reach out to your local tracking services office and their customer services team will be more than happy to help you with any questions you may have, or any changes you’d like to make, such as the way in which you’d like your parcels delivered. 

Keep in mind however, we are not able to accept deliveries to PO Boxes or Postal Lockers, we do require your full residential or business address to complete your delivery.

Are there any additional charges for international orders?

International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Samaori Limited. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

Damages

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

All original packaging the item was shipped in must be kept for any claim purposes. We will evaluate and assess the situation and advise accordingly on the best options.

Refunds

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.samaori.co.nz operated by Samaori Limited.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

It is recommended to make contact within the first 7 -14 days before returning any products so we can assess and advise best options [email protected]

After we accept your enquiry and receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take up to 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Certain items such as perishable goods can not be returned (coffee, chocolate, food), custom products (special custom orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (body scrubs). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Samaori Limited is not responsible for the loss of parcels if the customer has created an Authority to Leave at the address which an order is delivered to. Please ensure your address details are correct as Samaori Limited takes no responsibility for deliveries which are made to addresses entered in error.
